Things that were "common sense" a century ago like securing and storing a few months worth of food, water, and fuel, a well equipped medical kit, and emergency money are considered radical acts today.
Crazy how much we lost when we started to see ourselves as "consumers" instead of "citizens". Lots of relearning to do really fast, but people can make the first (big) change in mindset, and the rest will come.
