There's a guy who has written hundreds of pages of guidance on actions to take to enable you to handle the next wave, and the next, and the ones after that. He expands significantly on all three of the topics you mentioned.
And it's all free (as in beer). No subscriptions. No email registration. No trackers. He's an admitted privacy buff. Plus, he doesn't want you going down the prepper rabbit hole and spending a ton of money. He says that's a non-viable approach over the long term.

I’m doing number three. I joined my condo board and am getting active in meeting people and building bonds. Every Wednesday I sit in the office and listen to what people have to say about the community which has become very factional over the years. Learning to build bridges and sometimes walls between factions has been challenging.
Perhaps the best thing to do is fall back into concordance with our true human nature.
